To participate, show up in a bonnet of your own design. We'll be meeting at Louisville Art Gallery at 10 for registration. The parade begins at 10:30. All participants will receive 20% off their entire purchases. First place winner walks off with $100 gift certificate, second place with $75 and third place with $50.
