Art Chicks has a new owner. We're thrilled to see that she's bringing back the pink. Currently, she is serving lunches Thursday, Friday and Saturday at both 11:30 and 1. While reservations are encouraged, she is willing to serve guests without them. She is also willing to provide additional seating times to accommodate parties and events. Soup & Sammies

Any stress on the horizon and we're headed for the comfort foods. With the likelihood of getting any personal sort of government bail out extremely slim, there isn't enough mac and cheese this side of the moon.

Soup and sammies hit the spot as well. Cafe Poulet (located inside Coop de Ville) features a menu that understands the cravings and whims of our femininity. It's not every joint that offers half a sammy (it's still January, we're watching our waist lines for another minute or so), a steaming hot cup of soup, and a scrumptious latte all leading up to a scotcheroo chaser (we've earned dessert, we only ate half a sandwich...)
